How Do I Change My Browser Size?

If you are a receiving an error that your browser size is too small, you will need to make adjustments to ensure the entire image is displayed on the screen for training to function properly.

We always recommend you complete the training in ‘full screen’ mode since this takes advantage of your screen size. There are two advised solutions to this error, we recommend you apply each one to make sure the issue is resolved:
 

Adjust Browser Zoom

Please follow the browser specific instructions to normalise your zoom settings:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Exit the training

  2. Click the Tools symbol in the top right hand corner (appears as a gear)

  3. Make sure the zoom size is set to 100%, correct if required

  4. Re-launch the MotorMind Training

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Exit the training

  2. Click the Customize button in the top right hand corner (appears as three diagonal lines)

  3. Make sure the zoom size is set to 100%, correct if required

  4. Re-launch the MotorMind Training

 

Change Computer Resolution

The Programme requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.  If the resolution of your computer screen is too low, and you may need to adjust your computer’s settings for the training to function properly.  Please follow these steps to check your screen resolution and re-size it if necessary:

  1. Exit the training

  2. Right-click your computer's desktop

  3. Click Screen Resolution from the menu that appears

  4. Ensure that your screen resolution is at least 1024 x 768. If it is not, select 1024 x 768 or any higher resolution from the drop-down menu and click Apply to save the changes.

  5. Re-launch the training
